    The USCIS Refugee, Asylum, and International Operations Directorate (RAIO) invite you to participate in a stakeholder engagement to discuss changes to the organizational structure of the Directorate. The engagement will be held on Wednesday, March 2, 2011 at 2:00pm (EST) = 11:00am Pacific Time at the Tomich Conference Center, 111 Massachusetts Ave, NW, Washington, DC 20529.

    RAIO aims to strengthen cohesion between its three divisions by developing directorate-level functions that will allow for more integrated planning, guidance, and management of knowledge assets. During the session, USCIS will provide an overview of the organizational changes and plans for the transition as well as address questions and concerns from stakeholders.

    Any interested parties may participate in this event in person or by telephone. All participants must respond to this invitation. Please contact the Office of Public Engagement at public.engagement@dhs.gov by March 1, 2011, and reference the following in the subject line of your email:
